What do you do? I am a qualified kids yoga teacher and owner of Tiny Yogis. I work with children in their early years, offering a fun and interactive yoga program. I like to partner with early childhood centres, as well as offering weekly classes, private events and birthday parties.

Can you tell us a bit about the classes? During my classes the children have the opportunity to complete breathing exercises, yoga poses, yoga movements, mindfulness activities, yoga games, imaginative play, music, songs, relaxations and affirmations. My program is holistic and aids each child’s development in all areas of their wellbeing including physical, mental and emotional. It provides a mix of creativity, relaxation and gentle exercise and is a wonderful addition to each child’s early foundational years!

What is one hidden gem in Bayside that more people should know about? I recently discovered One Drop Brewery in Botany while looking for a kid-friendly venue around my area. It has great vibes!
