Bayside Welcomes New Era of Work with WOTSO's Latest Coworking Space

Coworking hub opens in Botany, offering flexible work solutions for local businesses and professionals.

The coworking scene in Botany got a major boost recently with the opening of WOTSO's newest location. Located at 11/13 Lord Street, Botany (once the former Regus Botany), the space marks an expansion in WOTSO's network and introduces a new workspace option for the area's diverse professional community.

Located 10 km from Sydney's CBD and minutes from Sydney Airport, WOTSO Botany spans 600 sqm and hosts close to 100 desks. It's a boon for those who shuttle between the city and airport, as well as for local residents seeking a work hub closer to home.

“We are excited to breathe new life into the Botany area, and we believe WOTSO Botany will work well in tandem with our Zetland location just down the road,” says Jessie Glew, Joint Managing Director of WOTSO. “Being just a stone’s throw away from both the CBD and the airport, this site is in a prime location and shows immense potential for the surrounding area. It caters not only to the local Botany residents but also the frequent traveller or any clients visiting from other cities.”

The coworking space offers 24/7 access, private phone booths, meeting rooms, high-speed internet, and a kitchen stocked with snacks. WOTSO also provides a “passport” that grants members access to any other location in the network.

Local entrepreneurs and professionals stand to benefit from the networking opportunities and collaborative environment that WOTSO fosters.
